Pool deck, Driveway, and Patio Pressure Washing in Canton, GA

Pressure-washed the pool deck, driveway, and patio at a residential property in Canton, GA in just under an hour on site. The job covered several concrete surfaces that had picked up the usual Georgia accumulation: pollen film, algae growth in the shaded spots, and general grime on surfaces that don't get a lot of foot traffic to knock the buildup loose.

The pool deck was the main surface. It wrapped around a spa area and a fire pit zone, so we worked in sections to make sure the chemistry and rinse pressure were consistent across the full deck. The spa surround had some orange mineral staining from water runoff that we pre-treated before the main pass. The fire pit area had soot scatter and general organic buildup that needed a longer dwell time. Both came up well.

The driveway was next. Before-and-after photos tell that story clearly: the concrete had gone from a flat grey-brown to showing its actual color again. We ran a surface cleaner across the full slab to keep the finish even, then did a follow-up rinse at the apron.

The covered patio and side patio got a pressure-washing pass as well. The covered section had a rug in place when we arrived; we moved it, cleaned underneath, and washed the rug separately before setting it aside to dry. The side patio had set-in staining along the edges that the before photos show clearly.
