Driveway, sidewalk, and patio cleaning in Cumming, GA
Cumming, GA

What we found and what we did
Pressure-washed a residential driveway, concrete sidewalk, and patio in Cumming, GA. The job covered three connected concrete surfaces in a single visit, wrapping up in just under an hour on site.
The driveway got the first pass. We ran an 18-inch flat-surface cleaner at high pressure to pull up the embedded grime, tire marks, and general road film that accumulates on any driveway sitting in a Georgia summer. The surface cleaner keeps the cleaning even across the slab — no wand stripes, no banding when the concrete dries.
The sidewalk and patio followed with the same surface cleaner setup. Concrete flatwork like this tends to collect a mix of pollen film, mildew from moisture sitting against the edges, and dirt tracked in from the yard. Cumming-area concrete picks up clay-red runoff from the landscaping beds, which stains into the surface if it isn't addressed regularly. We worked both surfaces with overlapping passes and finished with a fan-tip rinse along the control joints and the perimeter edges where the surface cleaner can't fully reach.
All three surfaces came out uniform. No striping, no missed corners. If the concrete hasn't been sealed, a penetrating silane-siloxane sealer would help keep the clay and pollen film from bonding into the pores between cleanings — it doesn't change the look of the slab, just makes the next wash easier.
