These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Alpha Pressure Washing website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our website or use our services.

Services

Alpha Pressure Washing provides professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in North Georgia. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Residential pressure washing
• Commercial pressure washing
• Driveway and sidewalk cleaning
• Deck and patio cleaning
• House siding cleaning
• Roof cleaning
• HOA services

Quotes and Estimates

Free quotes and estimates provided by Alpha Pressure Washing are approximate and subject to change based on actual site conditions, scope of work, and any unforeseen circumstances discovered during the service. Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling: Services are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods: cash, check, and major credit cards. For commercial accounts, net 30-day payment terms may be available upon approval.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide:

• Clear access to all areas to be serviced
• Access to an outdoor water source
• Removal or protection of valuable or fragile items from work areas
• Notification of any known hazards or special considerations

We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not properly secured or protected.

Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work and guarantee your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please notify us within 7 days of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns. This may include re-cleaning affected areas at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability

Alpha Pressure Washing is fully licensed and insured. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage or defects not disclosed prior to service
• Damage caused by acts of God, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control
• Damage to items not properly secured or protected by the customer
• Loss of plants or landscaping if proper precautions were taken
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Weather and Service Delays

Pressure washing services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, including rain, extreme temperatures, or high winds. We will make every effort to reschedule as soon as possible.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property ofAlpha Pressure Washing and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

Testimonials and Reviews

By providing feedback, testimonials, or reviews, you grant Alpha Pressure Washing permission to use your comments for marketing and promotional purposes. We may edit submissions for length and clarity while maintaining the original intent.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Cherokee County, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
